        Q: If it is series charging it will be better write on description that all connector can be in use and lipos need have same capacity.

        Charging in series allows to use different capacity cells and different voltages of the cells since the balancer makes sure none of the cells gets overcharged. if you charge parallel (not this connector) you have to make sure to charge cells with same capacity and roughly same voltage
